A LITTLE ABOUT ME

Esthel is a real physio from tip to toe. Passionate about her discipline, she’s alway more than willing to make you discover what physiotherapy really is about. She likes working by interchanging modalities like massage and exercises to give you the best experience.

A true enthusiastic, Esthel is always updating her interventions to ease your pain so you leave the clinic happy and pain free.

Esthel specializes in two distinct areas: firstly in pelvic floor rehabilitation which consists in treating urinary incontinence (in women and in men), decrease pelvic pain, and help decrease uterine, bladder or rectum prolapse. She’s able to help you by using neuromuscular stimulation and an electromyogram (EMG) as well as working manually to decrease muscular tensions. She naturally give you exercises to maximize your rehabilitation.

Secondly, she specializes in jaw conditions.  Small mouth, big mouth, or blocking jaw, Esthel knows how to deal with anything!

Bachelor in education - Kinesiology
Intermediate diploma in physiotherapy - clinical integration
Intermediate diploma in physiotherapy - lower quadrant 2
Running injury prevention course
Anatomy : locomotor apparatus, muscular walls of the trunk and neck
